Review: We contracted Harbor Wildlife Control to remove a raccoon from my loft/inside roof area. After several times of contacting [redacted] he finally showed up on May 29, 2013. By this time the animal already died in my home and the smell & flies attested to it. [redacted] concluded that the animal would have to be removed, but first he wanted to make sure it was the animal was truly dead, so he put up a trap apparatus to catch it just in case and advised him to call him back in a week.

[redacted] was given a deposit of $450.00 down payment for the job. I called him several times, June 12, 2013 @ 11:10 a.m., June 19, 2013 @ 3:25 p.m. just to name a few calls and he has not responded to date. I don't know if the dead animal poses a disease threat to myself, my wife and my three childern ages 10, 7 & 11 months. We need this resolved ASAP. Thank you.Desired Settlement: I want the job completed as negotiated. I want my home left as he found it once the job is completed.
