Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have been asking them to come fix the leaky mailbox since NovemberThey never stated this was not under warrantyThey would ask me for details and pictures The builder did come add more cement around the cracks last weekHe poured water over the top and said yes water is leaking inHe put a new bulb in and it no longer lights up That is because water has been leaking in it for over months They should fix the damaged light Because if their negligence for months, I now have a light fixture that no longer works Sincerely, [redacted]
