system, we found the compressor also leaking. we then provided a estimate to replace the compressor at regular retail pricing. ,the customer declined the repair, and then files a complaint with the Revdex.com. We offered to reimburse total labor expenses, no questions asked. We also offered to replaced the compressor at less than cost. We decided to eat all sales tax and labor expenses. I am pleased that the customer decided to take our offer. We are going to install a brand new genuine Saturn ac compressor at less than cost. Customer has dropped off the vehicle and was promised the vehicle complete on 11/3/2016
