I had this contractor build a fence for me and the customer has been calling because the gate is not shutting properly and 15 pockets that need to be replaced due to warping, I even offered to pay for the materials again to remedy the warranty issues. I called josh the owner of harbor arbor multiple times and texted him about this warranty issue. And have gotten no response.
This is ridiculous! Harbor Arbor never performed a job for ***! *** is a former subcontractor for Harbor Arbor that snaked a job from Harbor Arbor that the owner, Josh ***, a previous family friend was nice enough to help him with because he doesn’t know how to perform any type of labor and *** was strung out on some type of opiate during that time.Now there are issues with *** poor quality work that he doesn’t know how to address.
Please provide a contract that shows Harbor Arbor was indeed contracted to perform work and please provide warranty paperwork that shows Harbor Arbor is responsible for any issues on this project.
This is a personal issue and not a business related issue. This does not qualify as a complaint to be handled by the Revdex.com!
If any more defamation continues from this issue we are prepared to file suite against *** for damages against our business.

Response: Josh the owner of Harbor Arbor Contracting, your response was appalling, disgusting, and deserves a defamation of character charge within itself. I have provided proof in a photo of you working on the job and proof of payment to you for the job in check stub transaction form. My desired resolution is for you to pay me back the $500.00 that it cost me to re-do your incorrect work on the job in particular the gate you built that was falling over due to being done improperly and having to have it be re-built as well as the warranty work that needed to be done.Thanks
The lack of communication between management, workers, and the customer was very poor. Due to miscommunication and poor communication, the fence that was built failed to meet my needs. When I notified about the issue , Ryan Lee (manager) apologized for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, apologizing will not fix the issue. I was told there is nothing I can do to fix the problem.
I will not recommend Harbor Arbor to anyone
