I ordered from happys and they tried to rip me off by 20.00 and didn't appreciate it.the food isn't even that good.

I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find the resolution is satisfactory to me.

To whom it may concern[redacted] placed a food order thru our establishment on April 1st 2016. We currently donot offer chubata bread on our menu. We have made special arrangements to carry this type of breadfor her prior to this incident. She called and informed us that she had received a...

chubata but a regularsub instead. I mentioned to her that we could not replace it due to us not having it in our inventory. talso mentioned to her that we would credit her for it on her next order. We have made arrangementson her account to be credited. We will be removing it and sending a $10.00 gift card via mail that shemay use at her convenience. There must have been some misunderstanding.
