Hi, I ordered a moon diffuser/light from Happyhaves December 2, 2019 for $44.11 CAD/ $31.97 USD
(Order ***). I was emailed there would be a short 4-5 day delay. I didn't receive it until February 2020.
The light only stayed on for an hour when it was supposed to be 6 hrs and later to find out diffuser doesn't work either. I am very dissatisfied with Happyhaves customer service as I am getting nowhere with them. I asked if they could sent me a return label and they said I couldn't return it because it was a sale item and to try trouble shooting. There website states 30 day for return also a pop up while shopping says 90 days. It takes them forever to respond to my emails and when they do it's to tell me to to try trouble shooting (which I have), to send video of what it doesn't do (which I have) or to offer discount on something else. They also emailed me in February stating that they would send me a replaced ASAP. But now they have to review it further.

We sincerely apologize and we just gave you a full refund. Also, you can keep your product in order to avoid emission. If you're not using the product I hope you can give it a second life to avoid waste.

I ordered there moon defuser with led lights for my wife. When it arrived we followed the directions. Charged the battery. Added water. Tried to turn it on. Nothing works. Contacted Happyhaves through email. 2 weeks later I received what seem to be a standard help email. I replied told them had happened and wanted there address so could send it back for a replacement. Waited another week for a reply. That wanted me to look at the help topics again. And send a video of problem. I already told them the product doesn't work. I feel that I'm getting the run around and they never did send me an address a d there is no phone number for customer service. At this point I just want a refund.
I purchased and item from this company and it came damaged. I reached out to the businesses to let them know and to return it and they never responded. I sent two email and waited over a week and heard nothing . I finally went to Instagram and message them through their webpage. They finally responded and requested I send them a picture of the damaged box. I said fine and requested for them to instruct me on how I can return the item . They eventually responded asking for more pictures . I said fine but requested again on how to get a return started . They finally responded and said they need to
Review the item first to see what can be done. I stated that that I can keep sending pictures but it seems like after I send them they in the end don’t want the item back. The website never said no returns and provided and email if you want to return . So now it appears that they don’t want to take the item back at all .
