I hired Eric to do a pole barn he was there every morning at am .he said it would take work days it took him days he was honest and reliable I found a couple of mistakes which he corrected with out and hesitation or complaint I changed my prints on Eric and worked out a reasonable compensation

Review: We hired Eric D[redacted] from Happy Valley Builders to complete the labor on a main floor renovation at our home. He took our money and did a fraction of the job. The work he did do, he did wrong. He damaged parts of our home that need to be replaced or redone. He smelled of [redacted] most days and showed up after lunch drunk on one of the days. He is very unprofessional and does terrible work.Desired Settlement: We want what is fair financially.

Review: This contractor installed a new roof on my home. To this date, the roof leaks in several areas, has caused thousands of dollars of watrer damage to my home. He will not honor his installeation or correct the problems with the roof.Desired Settlement: I have contacted other contractors who have inspected this roof and state the roof is installed ilmproperly and not according to building code.
