you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us at ###-###-####. Thank you!Happy Uncle Chinese Restaurant makes every effort to accommodate and serve customers, however, we cannot fulfill orders when payment is not received. Our employees explained to the customer that her credit card had been declined and provided opportunities for her to give an alternate form of payment. The customer insisted that there were no issues with the credit card, but our credit card machine could not process the transaction. Customer called repeatedly within a short period of time; with each call, we explained that we cannot deliver food without either cash or authorized credit card payment in full. These calls soon began to disrupt course of business, as customer refused to help us resolve the situation. To be clear, the customer did NOT indicate during ANY communication that she is diabetic. Furthermore, we do NOT discriminate based on ANY factors. However, we do not tolerate non-payment and therefore reserve our right to reject service to any customer who cannot provide legitimate payment.
Review: Refused service. Yelled insult and hung up. I called again refused service. Blamed it on a credit card. Called card customer serve no problem. I asked to speak to the manager. Refused. Asked for service diabetic needed food. Refused.Desired Settlement: Delivery of oder in timely manager and speak to manager.
