I placed an order on January 27, 2020 for a portable baby bed. I have yet to receive the bed, a refund or any updates from this company. Does anyone know if this company exists or did I get

Ordered product 1/23/20. As of today's date product has not even been shipped.
Product ordered from a supposedly US based company called Happy Trends Outlet. When I received no notification of shipment after a couple weeks I contacted the company. That's when I learned the product I ordered was being.shipped from overseas. I've contacted them several times and each response is the basically repeatitive.. "As soon as the courier updates the info. We'll let you know. That was 1 month ago.

I ordered a 4 by 4 Crawler for my son for Christmas. He put it together it was missing screws and panels for the side of the crawler. I've asked them If they could send me another one and I would send them the 1 that was Incomplete they said it was over 10 days they would not accept that. They should either give me a coupon discount for another one or give me some a my money back. I paid for a whole vehicle remote control. They do not respond to any of my questions of what they're going to do I am not satisfied with this company. Buyer beware. I will Post about this company on social media. Hopefully nobody else orders from here.

I placed an order with this online website and ended up needing to cancel it. The cancellation policy states the order must be cancelled within 24 hours, which it was. They then asked me why I wanted to cancel, I did not give them a reason why, nor am I inclined too. I placed the order on Thursday 01/16/2020 and emailed them that I needed to cancel the same day and the following Wednesday my card was charged. I emailed them back, upset that my card was still charged after cancelling my order. They emailed me back saying my cancellation request was approved and I would be refunded in 3-4 business days. That email was sent to me last Wednesday 01/22/20, and I still have not been refunded and they are not responding to emails now. I'm not sure if this is a scam website or not but either way something needs to be done about this before they rip off anymore people.
