HAPPY TRAVEL AGENCY

I purchased 2 *** ($960/each) from this agency on 1/16/2020 but asked them to cancel on 01/31/2020 due to Coronavirus situation happened. They advised me that the cancellation fee was $255 each flight therefore $510 total. I specifically asked them is that *** cancellation fee or theirs. The agent who I spoke to named Phung told me that the fee is *** cancellation of $510 and the agency themselves did not charge anything. However, I called into *** to confirm the cancellation fee and *** said they only charge $200 per flight so would be $400 total. The agency first lied to me about the fee saying the whole fee is for *** and they wouldn't get anything. When I called the agency back to talk to them about the fee, they said the case was closed and they wouldn't do anything and hung up on me. Second thing is they said they would only accept cash from me if I needed them to help with anything.
