Happy Tails Delivery

I bought a pair of African grey parrots on pennswoods, they cost 800 for both I told the guy I wouldn't pay him in full till I received the birds. I paid him 400 to have them shipped. I made arrangements to pick them up but had to work, so he suggested to have them shipped. He shipped them, and I have received the airport tracking stuff,then I was receiving emails that because of the weather the cage they were in was not gonna work because they weren't gonna live though the flight, so I had to pay $1,499 to have the crate switched, then I got another email stating that they needed to be microchipped before they could be shipped, so then I paid $1,299, though out all this they were threating me telling me that they would send the birds to the police, so then I got another email saying the birds were stopped at the quantine department at the Washington airport so then I had to pay the final $2,500, I told him I couldn't pay that and he told me that I had to pay $1,500 to keep them out of quantine I never did pay the last $1,000 and everything was reported to my local police. I have every email and text from them. Theyh also said upon arrival I would get all my money back. All money was sent though Wal-Mart to Wal-Mart, except when I paid for the birds that was though western union.
