I am responding to the customer complaint per case #***The customer called me and said that the second
mattress that she got was doing the same thing that the last one wasSo I told her to come in and pick out a different one as I did not think that we should do the same one againShe came in and selected a bed that is on our floor at $1,She should have realized from the prior purchases that she made that there would be tax on that bed just as there was on the first and second time that she bought from usThe bed is $1,and then when you add the tax of $the total is $If you add up the amounts that she paid of $and then $when picking up her new mattress you will see that the dollar amount is the same amount of $1,I know that she was charged the correct amount but I want to have this resolvedSo please check with the customer to see how we can get this resolvedHopefully once it is explained to her she will realize that she was charged the correct amount
