Happy Limo is the only limo company we use in Orlando. Used a few of them, but by far the best (and nicest) drivers and their cars are beautifully maintained. Always on time and easy to reach.

We have been using happy limo for years and the staff is really great BUT! We rented car seats and what they provide is a joke. The seats do not function, and are well past experation dates. One car seat that was supposed to be forward facing was simply a rear facing bucket seat without the base. My daughter wouldn't even fit in it. They need to invest in new car seats that are not expired and function.

I understand that drivers would need to check the car seats but that does not explain why the company is renting out car seats that expired in 2012. All car seats should be within insurance guidelines. If an accident occurred, having a car seat not within federal or insurance guidelines could cost my child their life.

Very unprofessional service, coupled with abandonment.
We contracted with the company for driver services to and from the airport. We chose personal drivers instead of taxis and ride sharing for the professionalism and privacy that comes with a driver. We used this company before and felt comfortable with their services. On the morning of Thursday, January 24th, we were scheduled for a pick up at 11am. We ran o to an emergency and had to see if we could take an earlier flight. We called Happy to see if the driver could pick us up earlier or if we had to make other arrangements. The driver stated she could pick us up by 10:30am. This would've been enough time to make it to the airport by 11:30am to catch an earlier flight. Upon arrival the driver was visibly upset. She opened the trunk of the car and then got back into the drivers seat. My husband put all three bags in the trunk and I got into the car. I reached over to open the door for him (behind the drivers seat). I said to him, I guess I'll open the door since the driver seem to be upset. She turned around and started yelling "you kept calling me to rush so I'm here". I told her I never called her and she wasn't going to yell at me and I was calling the company. She then stated I called her several times and what did we want to do. I said we need to get to the airport. I then called the company. As I was speaking to Happy Limo and stating the driver was visibly upset and didn't help with the bags it open the doors, she started screaming and threw the car in Park and got out. At this time the windows were locked and the car was running. Happy Limo has me on hold for over 10 minutes. This entire time the driver was away from sight and the vehicle. When she returned, she just sat in the vehicle and didn't say a word. We didn't know what was going to happen, but we needed to get to the airport. We asked her if she was taking us to the airport or to get us to the taxi location at the terminal. Happy was on the phone and telling us to take an ***. By this time, she turned the car around and we started to get out. There was no taxi in sight, the person in the phone was talking about an *** app and next thing I know is we were abanadoned where the incoming cruise ship ppl come. By now, I'm asking Happy for an ambulance because I can't breath and the guy tells me to find my husband and hung up the phone. I fell to the ground because I couldnt breath and just sat waiting on an ambulance. I don't think they ever called. A security guard came to help me and I breathed into a bag. By now, my husband shows up with a van who says he will take us to the airport. Happy Limousine hung up the phone and abandoned us after we paid for a driver to take us to and from the airport. I am more than mortified that those company I had the Revdex.com logo. How could they take your money for a personal driver and abandon you on the side of the road. They should've called another driver to get us to the airport. Of course, we missed our flight.

Desired Outcome

Reimbursement for charges, an apology, the driver removed, and damages for intentional infliction of emotional distress.

The version of events given by this customer is not accurate. They were scheduled for an 11am pickup. The customer called the driver and asked if they could be picked up earlier. The driver informed them the earliest she could get there would be 1030-am-1045am. However once the driver arrived, the customer started to scream at the driver for not arriving earlier even though she had arrived well before the scheduled pickup time of 11am. The customer used vulgar language and was extremely disrecpetful. Our driver refused to transport this party since she felt threatned and did not want to be stuck in a car for an hour ride while the customer was being very abusive. We asked the customer to take a taxi and we issued this customer a 100% refund. We have been in business for 20 years, we do not leave passengers abandoned. This was an extreme case where the driver felt threatned and decided not to transport this customer due to personal safety concerns.

This response is against the great weight of the evidence. At no time was the driver questioned about being late as she called as she was pulling into the lot. The altercation occurred while Happy Limousine customer service rep was on the phone. She heard the entire conversation and confirmed she heard the drive yelling and screaming. In addition, the manager was on the phone and apologized for the driver's behavior. The manager even stated he was going an incident report because of the driver's brhaviiie. It's a shame a business of 20 years would misrepresent the truth when the calls should have been recorded. I will post this misrepresentation under review and on social media. The fact their representative was on the phone proves how low Happy Limousine would stoop to cover up a bad employee/driver. There were witnesses at the terminal and we have one of the witnesses information. The appropriate response would be to apologize, not lie. Please preserve the tapes, reports, and recordings as you have knowledge of this incident going further up to and including legal. I will contact my phone company to print out how long we were on the phone with Happy Limousine and contact the witness for a statement.
Please give us time to send in more information as Happy Limousine is is either misinformed, which I doubt as a simple review of the call and interview of the two employees would clearly show the driver was inappropriate and could not have felt threatened as exhibited by her actions. Threatened ppl do not yell, scream, make threats of not taking us to the airport, follow through with the threats, sit in the car with someone who threatened them, and then dropping off the ppl who threatened them. She would've called the police. She certainly would not have gotten back out the truck to open the trunk with ppl who were threatening her. This is defamation to say either one of us threatened her and libel because it's in writing. Please note, there are cameras all around the terminal and Happy Limousine could have requested to see the footage to see how the employee was acting before making a false accusation. Irresponsible and wreckless. Happy Limousine driver was the abuser and Happy Limousine abandoned us in Orlando. The driver asked if we wanted her to call for another driver, we said we needed to get to the airport. I then called Happy Limousine so they would know what was going on and she lost it. The person on the phone heard the entire event. I asked the girl on the phone do you hear this, she said yes, I'm getting the manager. Lastly, if we were anudive when she pulled up, why did she drive off? It's because she didn't go crazy until I called Happy to report that she did not open the doors or help us with the bags. This entire ordeal was not about the time, it was because she did not help with the bags or open the door. Check the phone recording, we never mentioned the time as we had enough time. It was her attitude and not behaving like a professional driver. Even a taxi can helps with the bags, may not open the door, but will help with bags. Unacceptable.

Please have this witness send us a notarized statement along with proof of travel.We will review the evidence and if this witness supports your version of events, we will fire the driver and issue you an apology.

My family of 8 used Happy Limo in Orlando from the airport to our hotel, then later in the week from our hotel to Port Canaveral for a cruise and back to the Orlando airport after the cruise. We had requested 2 car seats and they were there in the car for each trip. Our drivers for our three trips were Marck, Kat and Jorge, each one was extremely nice and each one texted me ahead of time to confirm where to meet them and they were all very punctual. Jorge even made a stop at a store for cold medicine for our children! We were EXTREMELY Pleased with all three of our trips and would highly recommend Happy Limo to everyone and will certainly use them again when we return to Florida.

I was quoted one amount and charged another. They refuse to issue a refund. I have disputed it with my credit card company.
I am a former happy customer of Happy Limo but my latest experience has caused me to not only not use them again, but pass the warning on to others.

I received a quote via email for round trip transportation and was told to reference the quote when I made the booking. They sent confirmations for each leg of my trip that confirmed the correct times and made no mention that they were planning on charging me the quoted amount each way even though it stated round trip.

I was given a quote for round trip, then charged that amount for each direction. When I reached out to them they said the quote was a mistake and they would not refund the difference.

I have disputed the charge with my credit card and will be happy to provide copies of the quotes and subsequent confirmations if anyone would like to review them before booking. Quoting one amount and charging another is unacceptable.

refund the $338 that should have never been charged

we do acknowledge that an incorrect quote was issued, however it was simply a quote and not an actual booking. Once the mistake was realized and when the customer made an actual booking, the correct rates were applied and also confirmations were emailed which showed the correct rates. The customer did not contact us after receiving the confirmations nor did the customer question the rates listed. The customer also signed the trip tickets on day of service which listed the correct rate. The customer only contacted us after we had provided the service. If the customer had called after receiving the confirmations, We would have informed her that the rates listed in the booking were accurate.The customer could have cancelled the bookings.

I was provided a quote, in writing. I was provided a confirmation of that quote and asked to reference the quote in my booking. I received a CONFIRMATION. I received two CONFIRMATIONS that indicates they are confirming what was quoted. In each of the confirmation a separate date is listed and the price that has been provided but it does NOT say each way. I had no way of knowing they had changed it from a round trip to each way until I saw it on my credit card bill. The gratuity was included, I simply signed acknowledging the ride had been provided but was always working under the assumption that the listed amount was a one time round trip fee as stated in writing.

IF Happy Limo had contacted me in writing or via phone and let me know there was a mistake this would be a different situation but they did not acknowledge an error they simply provided CONFIRMATIONS with the same price quoted without an explanation of change and then charged my card. This is not only unethical it is in fact illegal with many case laws already established. Happy Limo is required to state an error was made in the quote before charging a different amount.

the customer signed a credit card trip ticket which clearly listed the amount of fare for each ride. By signing each trip ticket, customer agreed to the fare listed. We had emailed confirmations for both rides, the customer had ample time to contact us before the scheduled rides but did not do so. We are not responsible for any assumptions made by the customer.

I booked Happy Limo without knowing any Limo companies at all in the Orlando area. I can not believe how GREAT and PROFESSIONAL they are. Our driver MARCK is top notch and in my opinion the best Limo driver I've EVER HAD. I travel for business a lot and I transfer a lot by way of Limo. Happy Limo and MARCK are a top notch combination! Trust this review when I say THIS IS THE LIMO COMPANY YOUR LOOKING FOR! Great job Happy Limo! I give you 5 stars with a plus! Thank you for making my family trip an exceptional one! TERRIBLE COMPANY! I booked a party bus for a one way drop off, 2 months in advance for a bachelorette party. When no one had arrived at the set time, I called the company to figure out where the driver was and then man who I spoke to said he would call the driver and call me back. After 10-15 minutes with no word, I called back and they said the driver had got in an accident and wouldn't be able to pick us up. I first of all did not believe this to be true since no one in the company thought to contact me if this really happened to make other arrangements. They basically said we don't have anyone to come and will have to refund you. Another limo company said companies do this all the time and lie and say the driver was in an accident when another customer will pay more money for the vehicle. Happy limousine left us stranded with no transportation although we had a confirmation and they took my payment 2 weeks in advance. He didn't sound apologetic on the phone at all either. Although I did receive an email of the refund, I have not seen it in my bank account so I will be keeping a close eye. This company is very unprofessional and has no loyalty to their paying customers and their reservations.

I'm very pleased to say that Happy Limo made my parents vacation amazing. Our driver was on time, respectful and very cautious while driving! He checked in and let me know that he found my parents at the airport, he was so polite my parents were impressed! I recommend this company from Florida 100 percent! Thank you again!
