I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted]. . 
 Good Afternoon, I am rejecting this response due to the fact that I am not interested in having a "he said/she said" argument with this company.  My complaint was filed based only on what was in black and white in this businesses contract.  In short I agreed to only what I signed, nothing more.  How I know the owner of this company is not relevant.  In regards to being harassed by email as the owner claims.  We simply made repeated attempts to get her to discuss the fact that no where in her contract did it state the money we paid was non-refundable.  She ignored this point in every single response.  When we were told not to contact her again we refrained from contacting her directly and explored our other options.
