the warranty listed on the hanstone material states a lifetime warranty for the original purchaser, but if you read the full warranty there isn't anything they will take responsibility for if there isn't a visual flaw before it is installed. once it is installed they list many reasons why the material could crack and none of them are their fault. my material started to crack a few months after installation, the cracks have progressed to several inches long. I feel their warranty is a false statement since they will blame the flaw in the material on a structural or abuse issue. a lifetime warranty should not be allowed if the list of restrictions makes it impossible to use.
