Review: Hanul corporation received for repair service my tablet after I sent it to [redacted] for repair under existing warranty. Hanul Corporation contact me with email that stated about voiding my warranty due to physical damage of charging port and asked for fee for repairing it. Prior sendig tablet for repair chaging port wasn't damaged but they sent me a picture or broken connector and void my warranty for device. After denying of damaging charging port sent item back to me completely malfunction even though I was able to charge it after some tries prior sendig tablet for repair.Customer service was useless just saying that we here to take fees and ship items.Desired Settlement: Repair service under [redacted] warranty.
