Hansons Window & Siding

No organization at all. It appears that the office personnel are a bunch of skilled trades has-beens. I had to cancel half of the job I hired them to do, after 4 months of waiting on some siding I read between the lies and excuses and realized that they didnt want my money. They have absolutely no documentation from the sales rep and cannot produce an itemized invoice. They have no clue how the sales rep figured my price. I now feel as though they are piecing together a generic price just to get rid of me. Do not hire Hansons. Hire your own sub-contractor and leave out the middle man. It would also be considerably cheaper.

Gutters are not correct but Im sure they will fix everything

I had a great experience with this company for replacement windows. The prices were very reasonable and great quality windows. The staff was very held and friendly. I would recommend them!

Excellent service and windows! I was concerned about the cost as well. But after seeing what a difference they have made, I am no longer concerned. Amazing!

The main thing I will say about Hansons is they stay on top of the project. We were informed along the way of what was taking place. When rain interfered with the 2 day schedule they were able to get us rebooked for the following week. The install crew was great. They stayed late to get the Job done and still walked us through how to use the windows. We are very happy with the product.

So far the install has gone smoothly. And the crew has been good about picking up around the yard.

I would not recommend them to anyone. There really quick to get the job, but trying to get a hold of them is a joke. I’ve had to get so rude with them just to get someone to call me back.If they keep doing business the way they’re doing it they won’t stay in business for long. Not a great company to work with. Shame on you HANSONS I was told the job for my roofing would start five to six’s weeks out. That didn’t happen. Maybe 30 years ago you were great company, but over the years I think you should all look at what’s not working. You really need to take care of the consumers.

The service has been excellent and flexible in scheduling appointments.

The roof they put on leaks, they have been back 3 times to fix it, now I have a loose vent pipe, the roofers were very unfriendly, never got the tablet they promised.

The contractors did a excellent job with the installation of my window. The work was done in a reasonable time and the crew did outstanding work.

It was a great experience. This crew was a good bunch of hard-working guys. Off the house in two days. There were no major surprises on this one so it was an ideal situation.

Installers were experts. all were friendly and worked fast and efficiently. I got several quotes and found Hanson to have the best windows for the best price and finance plan.

Scheduling could use some work, but the crews that you use are very good
