In response to Hanson Honda's reply from Taylor Hanson:In conversations prior to the purchase of the 2011, Honda CRV, I received pictures of the vehicle prior to being sent out for detailing on December 31, The picture clearly shows there is no antenna, yet this was not disclosed when purchasedI did notice there were some minor chips the evening of the purchase and was informed it would be taken care of These were the only items listed on the sales sheet When originally contacted about the antennae, I was reminded that Hanson did $a month in business with my husband's companyI did not receive a copy of any paperwork after my husband signedWhile Taylor Hanson states Hanson Honda will in good faith cover the costs of repair, I would like it confirmed via written documentation that it will include all parts and labor costs and we will have a zero balance upon completion.Josh H*** stopped by my husband's office unannounced and without an appointment on March 24thMy husband asked for an explanation and was told he had to sign the original registration on the trade in, as it was not completed during the purchaseMy husband professionally responded, signed and asked for Hanson's side of the antennae story, as he was not presentHe was told by Josh that his detail department would never let something like that happen but they would fix it and he should realize that it would cost $vs the I(***) was quoted but that they would still cover itMy husband then asked what procedure we should followJosh instructed him to call him, Taylor or the service department directly and they would set an appointment that would take a half day.My husband called the Hanson Honda service department on March and spoke with a female representative in the service department who set an appointment for April 12, but explained they needed at least a full day or more to get it done and that she would order the partMy husband asked for documentation confirming that it would be paid by Hanson Honda in full and was told that was between Taylor and usThat they would have to pay for it themselvesShe wasn't authorized to make that decision. My husband left a message for confirmation of full coverage before repair with Josh on his voice mailThe call has not been returned. We are not comfortable leaving the vehicle for repair without documentation that the repair bill will be paid in full by the dealership. I have included a copy of the picture that was emailed to me by Deanna on December 31, prior to being sent for detailI also have several voicemails stating the vehicle had to go for some minor exterior issue on January 4th from Taylor. In response to unsigned title paperwork, I first received a call from Derrick on March stating he was sending paperwork he forgot or didn't know he needed to have signed by my husband for title of my trade, I told him I would take care of it when it was received I didn't receive the paperwork until the evening of the 9th, we left town at 5:am on the 10th and didn't return home until the evening of the 14thI had a missed call on 3/from Ben, the sales manager of Hanson Honda asking about the paperwork which didn't come through due to traveling through no service areas These were the only calls recorded Honestly, I forgot about the paperwork until my husband said Josh came to his office

July 7, 2015 Revdex.comJefferson St NE Suite AAlbuquerque, NM 87109 Re: *** Dear Revdex.com, *** *** purchased a Honda Civic on February 7th, 2015, a pre-owned vehicle with 24,miles on itHer request came on February 28th that the vehicle
needed a new battery and she wanted us to pay her $to replace itIt appears a family member owns the repair shop she wanted to use in Pagosa SpringsWe sent her a check for $which is what the batter costs at Hanson Honda, installed. Regarding the oil change, when a person purchases a vehicle each customer signs a WE OWE/ they OWE which would indicate whether a oil change was promised, it would also be noted on the buyers orderIt was notPlease see the attached copies. Regarding the windshield, nothing was discussed until two months after deliveryIf the windshield was so bad when she got it, she would have said somethingPlease note that Ms *** signed the As Is agreement, also attached. We have paid for the batter; no additional monies will be forthcoming. Sincerely, Gail H***
