Terrible service. I bought a washer and dryer combo in November of 14 and in september of 15 it stopped working. They did bring me a loaner washer while they had mine in the shop for repairs for 2 weeks. They tried to sell me a 300$ computer because the door wouldn't unlock. I told them to bring me my washer back home. I ran a diagnostic check that I learned to do online. All I needed was a 60$ door latch that I can put in myself and now it's working fine. Don't trust there warranty it only covers the motors nothing else. There service department will try to rip you off. I'm just glad I have knowledge of electrical devices to do it myself.
