While there were many problems with our service, the largest is with the billing. We were told the pond cleaning would cost $450 for 4 hours and would be an additional $85/hr after that and they would be bringing two men. At the end, they inform me that the bill will be $900 because the the $450 was PER man. This was never discussed or agreed upon. There was no written estimate that included that the $450 was PER MAN. When I called to dispute, they told me that they understood how it was confusing, but that's the way it works. I feel lied to and taken advantage of. They also blew a fuse and told me that wasn't their problem and left the electrical parts uncovered by the pond. This was the most unprofessional service call and their billing is completely unethical.
