I am rejecting this response because:
       Thank you for participating in resolving my issue with Hans Cleaners.Winter is getting colder and colder, it is time for me to buy a new warm coat.I would like to ask you , please, when I can recieve money...

that Mr.Hans Cleaners generously offered to me and I will pick up my damaged coat,it is still in their possesion. I would like to ask for 20 dollars more ,it is fee they charged me for supposetly cleaning my damaged coat.Thank you for your patience and cooperation.
