Review: Hanover Specialties / [redacted] installed playground safety surfacing improperly/incorrectly for us in late 2011. The surfacing came apart due to improper installation. They came back in 2012 to fix those issues but the surfacing has never been correct. We have requested they return to fix the issue and they have promised us three times that they would come back to correct the issue, however, they have never stood by their word. The safety surface may not comply with current regulations and its cosmetic appearance is terrible as well.Desired Settlement: We are demanding that they come re-coat the entire surfacing area, have the surfacing tested for compliance with current playground code/guidelines, and if they are not willing to do this, then we need to have them pay for another company to tear out the defective surfacing and install new surfacing.

Their statement to us (after selling the product):

"There is no standard warranty. A warranty is issued on a case by case basis and is negotiated with the job." - As stated by [redacted] of Hanover Specialties / [redacted] in email correspondence dated Thursday, August **, 2014

There was NO previous communication to this effect - BUYER BEWARE!!!!!
