I am rejecting this response because:
I didn't pay or hire the tenantI hired the contractorsIt's up to the contractor to keep me informed, not the tenantThe tenant doesn't know why I hired a personI constantly asked him for a walk thru & give him his payment but didn't get a response until almost two weeks laterI was told it would only cost $was charged twice as muchHe purchased brushes & other things on me so that makes it mindWhere's MY equipment?

I did work for Ms*** for a failed annual inspection on April 22, the was completed with in weeks , I have all the receipts that I use to complete the job - Ms*** stated that I, over charged her - She agree to use her *** *** card for all supplies needed and my labor cost was
$1,I stole her equipment - what equipment I charge her for my equipment - what equipment did I charge her for, for my personal needs I was rude and unprofessional - when before or after I finish the job I never finish the job - If I didn't finish the job why did she pay me my labor cost of 1,on 5/18/I never provided her a walk through or keep her updated- Ms*** lives at the location on the 1st floor right side and the tenant to the apt was home the attire time I was in his apt I didn't give permission to buy supplies - equipment? how did I not get permission when Ms*** gave me her *** *** card after we went over what was needed to complete the job Please keep in mind that Ms*** lives at the location and her tenant was home the attire time I completed the workI also, can fax you the inspection letter, the receipts and invoiceI only have the receipts that I made purchases for in the amount of $the supplies was needed to do, Bathroom - painting entire walls, re-glazed tub, and replace toilet valve, replaced bathroom knob Dining room - replace electric switch and painted attire dinning room Front apt door - replaced dead bolt lock Hall to entire house- repaired & painted entire walls and ceiling and install carbon monoxide alarm Kitchen & hall - replace floor covering in kitchen and hall and painted hall to kitchen Living room - repaired and painted entire walls and ceiling

Response:You have call me plenty of time before and after I stated the job and most of the time I'm not available to answer or returns call right away, but I do responsePlease provide me with a list of equipment and cost that I purchase from your receipt and keptI never told you that the purchase to complete the job will only be $I told you my labor cost onlyThe purchases I made using your card that I have receipts for equal to $and $out of the was for your kitchen & Hall floor coving alone, so why do you feel as if I owe you money back or over charge youThe job I finished for you was requested by the *** ** *** *** housing inspection Please provide me with a letter stated that the inspection filed after I completed all work necessaryYou paid me two weeks after the job was completed if you didn't approve of my work and you felt like I stole your paint brushed that I use to complete the job why did you pay meI DO NOT WASH AND REUSE REGULAR/CHEAP PAINT BRUSHES OR PLACTIC PAINT PANSTHE BRISTLES WILL NOT BE GOOD ANYMORE
