absolutely no way we would have just run this credit card without the patients permission to do so, nor would we have had the Mastercard number, expiration date, and security code on the back of his cardThe patient filed for bankruptcy after this payment had been processed

On May the 2nd I *** Did not call and give the office my business master cardIt is a statement for DrHanna's office to say that "they do not keep patients credit card numbers in their office"I find it unprofessional and offensive that the business would bring up such a personal matter as my filing for bankruptcyI would also like to take the opportunity to express that I find it extremely unprofessional that DrHanna called be on October 3rd at 5:calling myself immature still claiming that the charge and he states in the voicemail is recognized as fraudDrHanna needs to take the opportunity to do the right thing and refund my money he charged on my card fraudulentlyIf this is not something he is willing to do I will have to take further action as to contact his credit card processor and the NC Attorney General and inform them of his unprofessional business practices
I find the businesses actions to be unprofessional and their billing practices to be fraudulent
