Review: Hanmer Landscaping was contracted to do snow removal for [redacted] Condominium. [redacted] Hanmer, owner, was contracted to use only cement safe salt on stairs leading to the units with stairs. Invoices reflected charges for safe salt.Unfortunately, Mr. Hanmer's employees used corrosive salt on the stairways and did considerable damage to three recently completed stair units.When contacted about the damage with a request for Mr. Hanmer to advise his insurance company, he stated that he is not responsible for any damage and then became verbally abusive, stating "I have dealt with many [redacted] before".Maybe the Revdex.com can resolve this issue without the need for litigation.Desired Settlement: Replacement or repair of damaged areas.
