I bought four buffalo nickels through their auction on Jan. 2. These four buffalo nickels cost $14.30 which includes their premium. They sent me an email with the invoice and I responded to the email to have it shipped to me and bill to my card. Two days later another email comes over from *** stating the shipping and handling would be $32.66. I replied back via email asking why it would possibly cost $32.66 to put four nickels in an envelope and send it to Wisconsin? I have never had the courtesy of a reply from them and have sent four emails to them.. If it is their intention of charging that price to ship, to me that is flat out stealing from the consumer and they can refund my money right away, just return my $14.30 and I will never go on their auction site again. IN my mind these people are crooks, not business people.

The price for shipping and handling is spelled out in detail in the terms and conditions of the purchase. We told him he could send us a prepaid envelope and we would gladly drop them in. He said "I shouldn't have to do that". He was given other options.

I am rejecting this response because:
That statement that they told me I could send them a prepaid envelope is a lie. I was never even contacted by these people ever, and if that is the way they prefer to do business, as nothing more than common thieves, that's fine. There are alot of good reputable auction sites, Hanlin is far from that, I would suggest the Revdex.com take note of this company, their business practices and charges are as dishonest as any I have come accross, BUYER BEWARE>
