Terrible customer service. Eric would not even speak with us to help once her found out we were receiving a replacement couch under warranty. No money spent means not help from employees. Also I was NEVER informed that I needed to bring my old couch with my to pick up my new replacement. I totally understand company (klaussner) policy but was unaware of the policy until I was told I needed to bring my old couch. I am guessing I was unwarranted of any of this due to the fact no one would talk to us or help us since we weren't spending enough money.

JUST RECEIVE A NEW COUCH MESS UP AN THEY WON'T REPLACE IT. ALSO CONTACT THE MAIN OFFICE IN LITTLE ROCK AR STILL HAVEN'T HEARD FROM THEM.
