I ordered bras on 8/13/16 and today 8/25/16 the shipping/tracking says they are still NOT YET shipped. Do not order something if you want it in a reasonable amount of time.
Review: Men's t-shirt package contains 6 t-shirts. Additional sticker on the top of the package says "+1 One more for the same price". Since 6 + 1 = 7, I assumed that there would be 7 shirts in the package. There were only 6 and it was not a packaging error the package was designed to only have 6 shirts and the label indicating there is 1 more shirt for the same price is misleading at best.Desired Settlement: Change their advertising, basically don't put a sticker on the product that says there is an extra t-shirt in the package.

Review: I purchased both a pack of Hanes white, medium X-TEMP V-neck and Crew. all shirts in both sets have a crease running down the center from neck to waist on both front and back. I've tried washing, drying, and even ironed one of the shirts for 15 minutes. I've never had this problem with any clothing in my life. and it's not only mine. the product picture on Amazon (http://www.amazon.com/Hanes-3-Pack-Ultimate-X-Temp-T-Shirt/dp/B00C57A25Y) shows the same crease! if Hanes is being honest, this is clearly a quality control issue; either a whole batch, factory, or otherwise is failing. if need be, I can send a picture of mine to verify.considering the quality control issues, 'store credit' would seem foolish. I don't have the time to be sending another request when the next sets have creases. and I certainly don't want to deal with hanes' lack of customer service. (I contacted hanes with this same description and received an automated response asking for my personal details. It's been 9 days since I've responded and I haven't even received an automated response back from them.)Desired Settlement: $35 direct deposit or check. crew neck product is listed for a regular price of $17.50 on hanes.com, so $17.50 for each set.

Review: I purchased 6 pairs of Hanes signature French terry pants (style 25420) and 4 Hanes signature soft ponte 3/4 sleeve shift dress (style 26467). I bought these in assorted colors and the price was $30 each for the French terry pants and $40 each for the soft ponte sleeve shift dress. I spent a total of $340.00 on these items and was very disappointed because within the first week the threads started coming out. I contacted Hanes and was told to send the items back to the following address for a refund:Satisfaction GuaranteeHanesP.O. Box 5000Rural Hall, NC 27098Being that it was a PO BOX I was forced to send via US Mail First Class mail I was not given a tracking number. I sent these items in October. I have called customer service several times only to be hung up on or transferred from department to department. Initially I was told that my items were received and a refund was being processed. Later I was told my record could not be found. Buying from such a reputable brand as Hanes I didn't expect any quality issues or issues with getting a refund. I am now out the 340.00 I spent on the clothing plus 12 dollars in mailing expenses.Desired Settlement: A refund check in the amount of 352.00 (340 clothing plus 12 mailing)

through our website and catalog businesses of Hanesbrands. Therefore we checked
with that area and they have no record of having sold this item thru any records
from the website or catalog. This was checked out from this household address
at PO Box 1713, Newport Beach, CA 92659. They investigated sales records to see
if under any of these various spellings: [redacted].
Unfortunately, we were unable to find any sales at this address.
If you will kindly check to see if any order was
placed at our website Hanes.com or Onehanesplace catalog - perhaps with a
different name or address. We will be happy to review the sales again, if
another name where the styles 25420 and 26467 may have been
purchased.
It is most unusual, to have not received a return,
but when a claim is made we will gladly check the sales/returns records that may
be under another name/address. As we are unable to compensate for items we have
not received the return of.

I am rejecting this response because: The items were received as gifts. They were mailed back to the address provided by hanes consumer service. Hanes admitted in several calls that they were in receipt of my merchandise. This is not right that Hanes wants to keep my return money and my merchandise. I returned these items in good faith per the instructions given to me by hanes

Review: Bought a pair of Hanes brand pajamas at [redacted]. The fabric fibers are shedding and falling apart. The defect is so bad that it is shedding fibers all over the house.Desired Settlement: Refund .and removal of fibers from my house, additionally not sure about health hazard could be one too.
