windows was completed the products were ordered through the manufacturer AMIThe manufacturer stated that they would not be able to make the smaller half round windows because it was below their minimum on the widthsThis was brought to the attention of MsV*** to which the idea of a carpenter custom building wood half rounds to fit above her double hung windows which still could be producedAt that time nothing was stated about cancelling the contract or the rest of the windows from Ms, V***The small half round windows were then taken off the order and the manufacturing of the existing custom made vinyl windows continuedIt wasn't until weeks later that MsV*** expressed that she would like to cancel her order and she spoke with the owner of Window WorldThe owner Larry Temple told her that the windows were already produced and in shipping and that it was too late to cancel the orderSince MsV*** gave Window World a deposit that exceeded the amount of the windows that were produced a credit was given back to her in the amount of $5,for the difference.By law once the business days have elapsed Window World is under no obligation to cancel the original contract of $16,but in showing good faith to our customers we did cancel the smaller half round windows along with the two larger half round windows that were still able to be producedMsV*** is still under contract with Window World for the rest of her windows.Sincerely Larry T***Window World of NW Pennsylvania
