I felt that I needed an outlet to inform others: I trusted Handy Hands and was very impressed with the sale and conversations leading up to confirming the job We left on vacation trusting that a quality job would be completed I learned that every aspect of a contract job should be very monitored by the owner I ended up just cutting the check and learning a lesson The finishing work was very sloppy It looked like a job that a low budget apartment complex might accept because they underpaid The $15,job was at par with other high end reputed companies We paid for a small kitchen and bath to be re-done without frills (but with quality workmanship) as we were selling After two complaints and returns to finish the job, I was still upset and looking a missed patches of paint, grout all over tiles, bubbles under the flooring, misaligned cabinets, crooked tiles very rushed I felt as though they did not care and assumed that I would not care either as I was selling The final product should have been an embarrassment to Handy Hands If I was not selling, I would not have "smiled" and paid the bill I was just tired and ready for them to be out of the house
