DO NOT EVER HIRE THIS COMPANY! I have been doing rehab / construction for 20yrs plus. Their is almost never any company management while your demolition construction rehab is going on. Agnes has family members from another country in the past - come over and do construction work, and they have absolutely no idea and have not worked in the construction field in America. From two different rehab jobs Agnes's company (I have seen), have not been completed and late being anywhere near done to the date that was given to the customer of the finishing time for the job! I have witnessed not having material for the job, not having permits on time to do work or complete jobs, supplies being used that you could have went to a garbage yard to get! Agnes then tries to blame any low quality of work is due to employee work and never seems to take the blame two clients of her lack of ability and supervision! Then of course there's the situation of an employee trying to get paid for the amount of hours he worked during any given day!

Do not hire this company without a contract, include expected work completion dates, payment milestones and a meeting if/when the estimate goes over the expectation. This company has a habit of no call/ no showing when work is being expected, and did not complete the project as requested or at all. Multiple instances of property damage by workers that was not repaired. Once final payment was issued the worker was requested to leave by the company with the job unfinished.
