Review: On Sep. 20, 2012 Handy Dan replaced a defective valve for the cooling system. Instead of putting new insulation around the valve the contractor used the same insulation that he wrapped around the pipe with duck tape. Consequently, the condensation on the valve started to accumulate and in time developed a leak trough the ceiling. The tenant did not promptly report the problem and we found it only after the tenant left. We contacted Handy Dan on Sep. 12, 2013 but he refused to fix the problem saying that it was out of warranty. We had to call another service to wrap up the pipe and that cost us $245.50.
