decied later they will stain it themselfs. We powerwashed it. Then I contacted [redacted] 3 different times within the next two following weeks but she did not want to do the staining now as she feared she the rain might mess it up the next day. I know from experience with stain 2 hours drying it is done but I could not convince her that if we do it right now it would be ok. She would not hear of it!Then she contacted me 2 months later in June wanted me to jump and come running and do hers. I wrote her a letter explaining I am a 1 ½ month backed up and it would be in August before I could get to it.Her and her daughter got mad and left nasty messages on my answering machine saying they want most of the down payment back as the powerwashing is only worth $60. Are you kidding sending my guy clear out to Wentzville and paying him to powerwash the high deck with a big landing.I always figure the down pays for the powerwashing as many times as I get people who decide later to stain it themselfs.I am not giving any money back.
