I would like to thank Nick Sciafani for re-establishing my faith with financial institutions.
I had NO intention of doing a re-finance, Nick called my work pertaining to a client he was working with and I noticed from his accent we were from the same area. I, just out of curiosity asked about his company Handshake Loans, which Nick proudly gave me a inside view. I told Nick that I had been burned by my first attempt at a re-finance and thought the worst of his profession. Nick assured me that this would not happen with him and Handshake, so I decided to give it a shot.
Nick sent me an email telling me what was needed and what to expect and most importantly asked what I wanted out of the re-finance ( very important ). I sent him what was asked and before the week was out I was set to go and at exactly what I was quoted.
I would recommend Handshake Loans and will sing the praise of Nick Sciafani.
