first  I pride my self as being a honest person especially in business dealings. I have been in  the  dry cleaning business for over forty years. [redacted]  came into my store and presented his problem to my counter help and discussed with [redacted] who is very...

knowledgeable and [redacted] said it looked like to him they were moth holes. well [redacted] summoned me from the back. I  explained to [redacted] in the most professional manner that they were moth holes. I even offered to fix it free of charge he didnt want to understand  he wondered why his other sweaters didnt have moth holes also. When a moth gets into your clothes he eats until he is satisfied and then leaves. I also like cashmere sweaters of which I own three  a black  brown and maroon one I went to wear my black one and low and beholed three half inch holes well I couldnt wear that one checked the maroon  one no holes  In   the forty years of dry cleaning experience i have witnessed  many times my customers bring clothes with moth  holes. the hole look like the material is missing not like a tear or a rip  I believe [redacted] was disapointed that it happened to him and just wanted some body to pay for his sweater and in no were we [redacted] and myself ever disrespectful to [redacted]
