I am rejecting this response because:this land lord is lying we vacumed the carpets prior to the cleaning gal showed up also cleaning gal spent hours cleaning stove and around itits all good I go contact legal aid.org file tendant rights laws for being violated by marry c ***

I spoke with the first gal that they hired to clean the apt and she confessed that she didn't finish the job completely. Their apt is in a different town than the cleaning gal lives in, so when she forgot all her supplies to clean the oven and her vacuum cleaner wasn't working properly that day, she did not go back to finish the oven or vacuum carpets. When I inspected the apt I noticed that these items also needed to be done, so I hired another cleaning service to finish. The carpets were not vacuumed so I knew that they were also not professionally cleaned, which I then hired a company to professionally clean carpets as well. I am still waiting on invoices, so I don't know exact amount that it took to get their apt cleaned. If there is a remaining balance, I will send the refund by the end of January

*** moved out of the aptDec31, 2017. As per ND law, my management company has days to refund deposit. As I said to his fiancee, after hiring cleaning gals and carpets professionally cleaned, that there may not be any of the $of deposit to refund. I don't have the bills
into me yet, so it's too early to determine deposit refund amount
