Review: [redacted] did not make my jewelry exactly like I ordered it. She complained that it would cost her to fix them. I paid her half and I gave her options to fix the bracelets. She hasn't done a thing to fix my jewelry since Dec. 2013. I have text her over and over and called her. I even drove 35 miles one way to her home and she wasn't there. She won't even call me or text me back. All I want is my jewelry. Pieces of the jewelry are from a rosary and religious medals from my deceased mom. This is not good customer service. I had all intentions on paying her what I owe her anyway. She needs to make this right.Desired Settlement: I want her to contact me and give me my bracelets. I won't stop until I get my jewelry. She need to contact me asap.
