Review: they have picked up my purchase from [redacted] auction with out any authorization and they are refusing to return it unless I pay them 110 dollars.Desired Settlement: just they return the carpet as they picked it up to [redacted] Auction.

I have not done business with packaging store yet. they are holding my carpet hostage till I pay them for packaging while they were never authorized to pick up my purchase from [redacted] auction. I just ask them for a quote for shipping which is 275 dollars as compared to completion UPS store 115 dollars.

We were under the impression that he wanted the rug picked up from the auction company and packed for a safe delivery. he said he was going to use his own [redacted] account # for the shipping. We packed the rug nicely and then were told we did not have an ok to do this. We are sorry if there was a miss- communication! We have unpacked the rug and delivered it back to the auction company. I will say we have picked up and shipped for this auction house for many years and they highly recommend us to their customers needing our services. We would never do anything to jeopardize the relationship with them such as hold someone's item for ransom as he is accusing us of.

They refused to return the carpet and even [redacted] told me you will never see your carpet until you pay me. It was the pressure that I put on the auction house and many phone calls and the complain with business bureau that finally they agreed to return the carpet. it was totally an unprofessional treatment. very disappointing experience with a highly recommended service!!!!!
Review: On January 13 I dropped a package off at this UPS authorized shipping outlet. The package never left their facility and UPS tracking bears this out. UPS has no record of a pick up other than "a shipping label has been created for this item and it awaits pickup." The shipping label was created free via a merchant download. The item in the package was worth $94.35. The shipping outlet denies any knowledge of the package, have no records, etc. This shipper is uninterested in my lost investment, has failed to return my phone call and seems unwilling to offer fair compensation. I feel they should, as the shipment was misplaced in their store.Desired Settlement: This facility pays me the amount of $94.35

I am responding to the compaint filed by [redacted]. She had dropped off a UPS labeled return package at our store and we are very saddened that it did not enter the UPS system. We turned this store upside down trying to find it. We usually take in between 50 to 200 packages a day apperentally this one slipped by without being scanned. I spoke with Ms. [redacted] this morning to one,to apologize and two, let her know a check for her loss is in the mail. She seemed pleased and said she will continue to use our services.
