I am rejecting this response because:I am unhappy with the resolution provided as I still had to pay to return the defective itemI do a lot of shopping
online and have never had a company require me to be responsible for the return shipping charges on a damaged itemHowever, I paid to return the item anyway in order to get the refund for the product
