Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa

I joined a membership club with Hand and Stone a few years ago. I committed to paying $49.95 a month for a massage or facial. I did not use the service monthly because just about every visit resulted in a negative experience. I visited the Southlake location in late August looking to gift one of my coworkers and the young lady gave me such hard time I asked her to cancel the membership. I filled out a form that the lady said had to be sent over to my home store. I noticed in November that payments were still being withdrawn from my account. I called the Presidio location, sent emails, and noone provided me with any resolutions. On 12/24/19 I stopped in to address my concerns and the manager suggested that I use 3 out of 8 packages to pay for charges that had accrued on an account that I thought had been closed. I paid a final payment of $59.95 for the month of January. The manager said I had 7 packages to use in 90 days. I scheduled an appointment in early January and there were no issues. Tonight I called for an appointment and was denied services and the use of the remaining packages.
