Hello And Good Day, to whom it may concern,
"">The above referenced Complaint against Hance Realty LLC, ( ID # *** ) is a result of the proper notice being given to the tenant to vacate at the end of there leaseThe owner of the property after visiting with me and viewing the property decided not to re-rent to them. As a result they have tried to make out as if no one has taken care of the property etc. When in fact they would not allow any one to enter even changing their locks to prevent access, in violation of their lease. Also when any one would go there they were the aggressor making a scene using offensive language. If any of there complaints were true and there not. I cant even imagine anyone wanting to renew there lease, they even offered to pay $more per month in rent to me, if I would allow them to stay. At this time they are hold over tenants. This issue is in litigation and should be resolved shortlyThank you very much *** ***
