[redacted] policy is to refund a customer for any reason they are dissatisfied with the product they received. We did have some trouble with our email but we nver received a phone call. Otherwise we could have responded. A full refund was issued July 25th [redacted] Customer Service

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. However, the statement that this could have been resolved with a phone call is false.As indicated in my original complaint, I did call the number provided on the [redacted] website as the customer service number. Upon doing so, I was informed that the number was not valid and my call could not be completed. I tried this number multiple times. It seems to be that [redacted] and its parent company has a large amount of customer service overhaul to do. Its social media platforms indicate that a large amount of customers are or have been incredibly frustrated with the lack of professional customer service. If their email system wasn't working that's one thing, but for any and all of [redacted] customer service options to not be working for over two weeks? I find that hard to believe. Additionally, it seems their customer service issues have been happening as far back as 2011. I doubt this is a simple issue of their email system malfunctioning.Nonetheless, I will be expecting my full refund and will not be doing business with [redacted] any longer.
