Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Thank you for participating in resolving my issue with Hans Cleaners.Winter is getting colder and colder, it is time for me to buy a new warm coat.I would like to ask you , please, when I can recieve money that Mr.Hans Cleaners generously offered to me and I will pick up my damaged coat,it is still in their possesionI would like to ask for dollars more ,it is fee they charged me for supposetly cleaning my damaged coat.Thank you for your patience and cooperation Regards, [redacted]
