Review: I purchased a refrigerator from Hampton Appliance in November 2015. The cost of the item included delivery and removal of the old refrigerator. The gentlemen who delivered the new fridge scratched my newly painted walls and gouged the wood door frame. This was conveyed to Hampton Appliance, and an estimate for the repairs was obtained at their request. The estimate is for $475.Desired Settlement: $475 to cover the cost of repair to the damaged door frame.
