Review: On Sept [redacted] 2013 I brought my 2010 VW Tiguan into the business for a simple oil change. Which resulted in them stripping the plug. [redacted] told me that the oil pan was cracked, which it was'nt. He then advised us that he would replace the oil pan for $402.00 (parts) and no labor charge. I was notified by VW that the pan was $191.00 I decided that since the business could not change the oil correctly I did not want them to do any more work. I then had the car towed to a VW dealership. VW in Riverhead replace the oil pan and charged $ 602.00. The cost of towing was $122.00. I had to take public transportation back home, a distance of 30 miles then had to get a ride the the dealership which is 45 miles from my home to the dealership.Desired Settlement: I would like full reimbursment.
