I was referred to Hamptons by *** regarding an issue I had with a mower which I had purchased out of stateIt's a mile round trip for me to Marshfield so I called Haptons and talked to a tech who said "sure, bring it up"After taking a day off work and hauling the mower to them I was met in the parking lot by a very arrogant and disrespectful individual who basically told me to leave because this wasn't their brand of equipmentI don't have a problem with them not servicing certain brands, I DO have a problem with them telling me to bring it up then after considerable trouble and expense to do so being treated in such a mannerHe made no apology for the tech telling me they would work on it or for my inconvenience which was a direct result of thatI know several good people around Marshfield and I WILL be tellng all of them about this experience
