Review: I visited this establishment one evening and while bowling made a food purchase. I wrote in the tip on my check and days later found that I was over charged not the amount I agreed to pay. This caused a bank fee on my end. The bank told me that the business would be responsible for paying not only the difference from what I was charged and the agreed amount but the fee as well. When I contacted them, the refused to pay the fee that was caused by them over charging me. I then called my bank and based on that would have to claim fraud on my card. I need a copy of the receipt. The manager, verbally confirmed, that the amount I should have been charged and the amount I was actually charged was wrong. He would only agree to pay the difference, not the fee that their error. The reason for that was because it's, "not his fault I can't write". Refused to give me a copy of the receipt needed to place the fraud claim with my bank. I ended having to call the police in order to secure a copy of the receipt. Needless no say, a place I will never return to.Desired Settlement: They need to either pay the difference and the fee or give a copy of the receipt so I can file a fraud claim, which I might add leaves me without a card until a new one is issued and less the money until the claim with my bank is settled.
