After several attempts to get in touch with someone to discuss a lab, I sat on hold for over minutes total throughout the day At one point, I was transferred to the Prestwick office After explaining that I was trying to get in touch with someone and had been holding I was told to "shut up" and that the person (someone from the healthcare office) was "speaking" Taken aback I inquired "what"? in a shocked tone and asked who I was speaking with so I could file a complaint and was told "don't worry about it ***" I was then blind transferred to a voicemail yet again Only to not understand the name on the voicemail and have to call back yet again to leave another message
