Review: I purchased an OUTDOOR Patio set that was BURNED FROM THE SUN after being outside for only a few days. It was not overly hot either. After several attempts, I was told that this was not their issue, the product was not defective, & we are not entitled to a refund. This issue was being tracked using ticket [redacted] from the hampton bay customer service e-mail. Pictures of the sun damage and delivery receipt can be furnished upon request.Desired Settlement: I'm looking for a refund in the amount of $749 (and any applicable sales taxes).
