Thjs property management company doesn’t even check the properties before move in! They told us that after we signed the lease and showed up with our furniture. The room was a mess, there was fecal natter in the bathroom, the doors and windows didn’t work, it was a complete disaster. We cleaned and painted and made this room more acceptable. Outside they removed trees but didn’t replace them, there’s graffiti on the walls. There’s no “management” in this property. Fast forward to the end of the lease where we have the option to sublease and they directly said to us that they will decline any applicant in order to stick us with the bill….and utilities for a room we are not in! Now they want us to open the room to show it for future renters. Not while I’m paying for a room I don’t need. Furthermore the manager Dean called me a bh to my daughter….very professional.
